Today the first step appears to be shopping online.  That is an excellent way to start.  However, don't be too quick to eliminate homes by their pictures.  There is no substitute for actually going into the properties.  The way a home sits on the lot, the neighborhood feel, how close it is to major highways, neighbors, etc  play a big role.  You can only find this out by visiting the properties.  Buyers often buy something they do not think they are going to like.  Yet, when they walk into the right home they can feel it.  I know that many pictures on the internet are very disappointing when you actually go see the home.  Let me help you find the right place!
